Refund Policy

Effective 16 June 2026

The 30-day free trial is your safeguard. Mousisi is fully usable for 30 days on Samsung TV and Windows (and free forever on iPhone and Android) so you can confirm it works with your own playlist before paying anything.

One-time activation

The paid activation is a one-time fee of $1.99 per device on Samsung TV and Windows. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

When you can get a refund

If, after activating, the App does not work as described on a supported device, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because a full free trial is provided first, refunds outside this window are at our discretion.

How to request one

Email support@mousisi.com with the email used at checkout and your device ID. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

EU/UK note

For EU and UK customers: by activating immediately after the trial you request that digital delivery begin at once and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply once the activation is delivered. The trial means you can always evaluate the product first at no cost.
