Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Mousisi media player application ("the App") and the mousisi.com website. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Mousisi is

Mousisi is a media player. It includes no channels, films, or live streams and ships empty. You supply your own playlist (an M3U link or Xtream Codes login) from a service you already subscribe to. Mousisi is not a content provider and is not affiliated with any broadcaster, IPTV service, or rights holder.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices. On Samsung TV and Windows, after a 30-day free trial, continued use of a device requires a one-time activation for that device. iPhone and Android are free. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer activations, or attempt to circumvent the trial or activation.

3. Your content is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlist and content you load and for having the legal right to access it. Use the App only with content you are authorized to view. We do not provide, host, endorse, or assist in obtaining any content, and we do not require, sell, or promote a VPN.

4. Acceptable use

• No use for piracy or to access content you are not authorized to view.
• No redistribution of the App, activations, or any bundled component.
• No reverse engineering except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• We may revoke a license or activation for breach of these Terms.

5. Payment

Paid activations are sold through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing and applicable taxes. The activation fee is one-time and per device; it is not a subscription and is separate from any streaming service you pay for.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular playlist, stream, or device will work. The 30-day free trial exists so you can confirm it works for you before paying.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the availability, legality, or quality of any content you load.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Operator & governing law

Mousisi is operated by an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in Florida, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
